Welcome to the 2023 International Language Fair!
We're so glad that you're here to join us in exploring the many languages taught at Maggie L. Walker! If you're interested in registering students for the fair, please visit the registration link, which is located throughout the website, as well as directly underneath the map of Maggie Walker's location (scroll down).
The "About the 2023 Fair" tab includes information about the what the fair is, the date and time of the event, and the languages offered.
The "Teacher's Comments" tab includes sentiments from Maggie Walker language teachers about the value of learning a new language and having an appreciation for cultures different than your own.
The "Languages" tab has a few subpages for a sampling of our 10 offered languages. Each tab includes a video that briefly introduces the language and culture. Fun activities can be found at the end of the lesson!
The "Contact Us" tab has teacher and student event coordinator contacts, as well as a place for you to leave feedback for us.
We will be having the fair in person on Saturday, March 4th from 9am-12pm at Maggie L. Walker Governor's School!
